Dr. Donald Estes received his PhD in chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After a postdoctoral fellowship at Illinois, he worked in the defense and aerospace industry in Los Angeles, first at TRW, Inc. and then at RDA Associates, an offshoot of the Rand Corporation. His research interests are in chemical education and biophysical chemistry. Dr. Estes is a member of ACS and Phi Beta Kappa.
